The Tru-Vu Omniscreen Multi-Colour Eyeset is a step-up from Mind Alive's standard white eyeset. It offers users the ability to experience six different colours in one eyeset (in addition to the standard white). Beyond this, the eyeset allows for the selection of separate colours for each visual field, as well as random colour selection.
Each colour has unique benefits for the user's health and wellness. The blue setting, for example, has been found to be calming and relaxing, making it ideal for deep meditation or sleep. The cyan setting, on the other hand, enhances entrainment while still being calming and relaxing, and can be used with any of pre-programmed sessions available on Mind Alive's AVE devices.
The green setting has been found to be effective for pain reduction and meditation, and is recommended for use with Alpha and Schumann sessions (7-10Hz). Yellow, another colour option, has been found to improve cognition and focus and is recommended for use with Beta, ADD and Brain Brightener sessions (14-20Hz).
The red colour option increases physical arousal and energy as well as cognition and focus. However, it should be used with caution, as it can trigger anxiety. Red is recommended for use with Beta and Energizer sessions (14-20Hz).
Finally, magenta is known to enhance creativity, imagination and contemplative meditation, making it an ideal option for use with Theta sessions (4-7Hz).
Furthermore, the Tru-Vu Omniscreen Multi-Colour Eyeset has been found to be particularly effective in inducing a good night's sleep and deeper sleep when using the blue or a blue-green blend setting - an effect that was first noted in a 1992 pain study by Gagnon and Boersma*.
Overall, the Tru-Vu Omniscreen Multi-Colour Eyeset is an excellent option for individuals looking to enhance their health and wellness through light therapy, as an addition to the AVE provided by Mind Alive's AVE devices.
Each eyeset comes complete with a carry case, eyeset Cable and operators leaflet.
